Benjamin is a director and senior economist supporting NEXA Advisors’ work with market and economic research, due diligence, financial analysis, and other functions supporting Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) projects. He has authored AAM economic impact assessments for a number of cities and regions, including Toronto, Vancouver, the state of Ohio, and the state of Arkansas, among others. This original research uncovered 25 years of economic growth potential in the form of new jobs, GDP growth, and tax revenues for each case study. Additional project roles include literature review, stakeholder interviews, GIS data compilation and analysis, as well as writing and editing. He also continues to contribute to the further expansion and refinement of NEXA’s growing 84-city business case analytics model. Other work includes supporting the development of unique national business forecasts for AAM cargo and medical package delivery. Benjamin holds a B.A in economics from Penn State University and a M.A in international relations from the George Washington University.
