Jacques Coulon has had the pleasure of working with the City of Orlando since 2015. He currently leads the City’s efforts on preparing for Advanced Air Mobility and emerging transportation technologies and works on a variety of transportation planning efforts including the City’s planned Lake Highland/Alden Road realignment project and Virginia Dr. corridor study.
